1. Delivery Coverage: We currently ship across Bangladesh, including both Dhaka city and outside Dhaka locations.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we’ll contact you by phone or email.
3. Delivery Time
- Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.
4. Delivery Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Any additional delivery cost (if applicable) will be communicated clearly by our team before dispatch.
5. Advance Delivery Charge (Outside Dhaka Orders Only)
- For orders outside Dhaka city, including nearby areas such as Gazipur, Savar, and Narayanganj, a delivery team member will contact you by phone to request the advance delivery charge before dispatching your parcel.
- Once the delivery charge is received, we will proceed to dispatch your parcel.
- If the advance is not received, the order will not be shipped.
6. No Advance Required (Dhaka City Orders)
For Dhaka-based orders, no advance payment is required. Cash on delivery (COD) is available.
7. Sundarbans Courier Service
If you prefer to receive your parcel via Sundarbans Courier Service, we will handle your request manually. Our team will contact you to confirm details and coordinate courier booking and payment.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you by phone or SMS with tracking information (if provided by the courier partner).
