1. Can I Get a Refund?

You can request a refund if:

  • The product is unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • You request it within 4 days of your purchase.
  • You have proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).

2. What Can’t Be Refunded?

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Stock Clearance Product
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to Request a Refund

Just follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if helpful).
  3. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

4. How Long Do Refunds Take?

  • Once we get and check your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to show it.

5. Want to Exchange Something?

  • Need a different size, color, or item? Email us at support@bidora.shop.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

6. Who Pays for Shipping?

  • You pay return shipping costs—unless we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong or damaged item).
  • Shipping fees from your original order are not refunded unless it's our fault.

7. Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • We’re really sorry! Please Contact us right away at support@bidora.shop. We’ll guide you on how to return it.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund—your choice.

8. Can I Cancel My Order?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and give a full refund( For Advance Payment)
  • If it has already shipped, follow the return process after receiving the item.
