3. Product Info

  • We try our best to give you accurate info (photos, prices, descriptions).
  • Sometimes mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to fix errors anytime.
  • If a product is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or a different item.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount including shipping and any taxes.
  • We accept secure payments through trusted gateways.
  • We may cancel orders if there’s a pricing mistake, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
  • At the moment, online payment is not available on our website.
  • For orders outside Dhaka city, including nearby areas such as Gazipur, Savar, and Narayanganj, a delivery team member will contact you by phone to request the advance delivery charge before dispatching your parcel. Once the advance is received, your order will be confirmed and processed for shipping.
  • This advance is not required for deliveries within Dhaka city.
  • If you prefer to receive your parcel via Sundarbans Courier Service, we will handle your request manually. Our team will contact you to confirm details and coordinate courier booking and payment.
  • If you have any questions, special delivery requests, or face delays after placing your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

6. Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 5 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • It’s in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we inspect the returned item.
  • Some items (e.g. custom orders, stock clearance product) can’t be returned. Please check our full [Return Policy].

7. Our Content

  • Everything on Bidora.shop (photos, text, logo, etc.) belongs to us.
  • Please don’t copy, use, or share our content without written permission.

8. Respectful Use

Please do not:

  • Use the site for anything illegal
  • Try to hack, damage, or disrupt our website
  • Upload viruses or harmful content

9. Our Responsibilities

  • We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages from using our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
