Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier service.

Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–3 days

Sub Dhaka: Delivery within 3 days

Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 days

Once the product is delivered, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
